Due to the large number of Mass requests we have been receiving and to make the scheduling of Masses fair to everyone, the following Mass intention policy has been implemented.

Mass intentions will be available on the first Tuesday in December and the first Tuesday in June for the next six month period. 

Four requests per person will be permitted in a six month period (eight per year). Dates will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.

One name per intention. This is according to canon law. (exceptions example; Bert and Rose Weglicki; Weglicki and Ruminski Families) 

Dates will be left open to allow Masses to be said for recent deaths.

One weekend Mass must be reserved for the people of the parish. This is according to canon law.

Entire weeks or months of Masses for the same person will not be allowed.

Masses are to be scheduled in person and the $5.00 stipend must be paid at that time.

No phone request. Mailed request must include the $5.00 stipend.

One Memorial Mass per month for recent deceased.

According to canon law, a Mass must be said in a year's time.

Copies of the policy will be available in church. Those who regularly mail in intentions from out of town will be mailed a copy of this policy.
